2026 Main Stage, Community Stage, and Family Stage Schedules
Black Swamp Arts Festival (BSAF) is sad to announce that both Black Joe Lewis and Brother Wallace are unable to perform at the 2026 Black Swamp Arts Festival. However, we are excited to announce that internationally beloved Chicago bluesman Toronzo Cannon and New York-based national touring artist Shane Guerrette Band will be performing in their stead.
Toronzo Cannon has been added to the lineup on Saturday, September 12th at 8pm! With his richly detailed, truth-telling original songs, blistering, inventive guitar work and impassioned vocals, Cannon is on the cutting edge of today's contemporary blues scene and is known as one of the genre's most creative artists. His sound is inspired by his heroes, including Hound Dog Taylor, Muddy Waters, Elmore James, Albert King, Son Seals and Jimi Hendrix.
Shane Guerrette Band has been added to the lineup at 4:30pm on Saturday, September 12th! Drawing influence from classic soul and roots rock genres, Shane has only just begun to craft his own retro-flavored sound. Since the start of 2023, Shane and his band have toured relentlessly, opening up for acts such as The Heavy Heavy, Black Pistol Fire, Neal Francis, The Sheepdogs, The Wood Brothers, Black Joe Lewis, & The Stone Foxes as well as playing at major festivals such as Mountain Jam, Rhythm and Roots, Winnetka, and Alternating Currents.
Black Swamp Arts Festival is also excited to announce our lineups for the Community and Family stages! The Community stage is located between the Four Corners Center building and Novel Blends and features acoustic sets from local performers on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The Family stage is located across the street from the Wood County Library and is the home for Black Swamp Arts Festival's Beats on the Street high school acapella competition on Saturday at 10:30am and will also have local acts as well as a few Main Stage artists performing in a more intimate setting.
BSAF will also be honoring the 25th anniversary of 9/11 with a special performance of the National Anthem performed by the Bowling Green High School Madrigals ahead of the start of the Festival on Friday, September 11th at 4:45pm. We are also excited to bring back Bowling Green State University Falcon Samba Batería to help open Black Swamp Arts Festival on Friday after the National Anthem. Falcon Samba Batería will start at the BSAF Main Stage and make their way down Main Street to Howard's Club H for a short performance before Austin and the Syd Experience kicks off on the BSAF Main Stage kicks off at 5pm.
